Want to Sell Downloadable Items?

I had a client who had an e-book that he wanted to sell online.  He didn’t want to go through the hassle of emailing it every time a purchase was made.  He only had one product, and he didn’t want to set up a whole online shopping cart website, so  I searched the internet for hours to find an easy to use solution for him, and finally I found E-Junkie.

E-Junkie works with standard Paypal accounts, so you don’t have to get a merchant account or an SSL certificate.  You can store your e-book or downloadable item on their secure server instead.  All you need to do is paste the E-Junkie code into your website’s HTML.

When your visitors decide to buy your item, all they do is click on the Paypal button (or a custom designed button), and they’ll be taken to Paypal (E-Junkie works in the background) to complete the transaction.  After the transaction is complete, the customer will be given a download link in two places, on the payment confirmation page and in their email.

Afraid of your email being passed around?  Well, you can set the amount of times your item can be downloaded.

E-Junkie’s pricing starts out at a measly $5/month.  If you’re interested, check E-Junkie out.  No, they didn’t pay me to talk about their services.  Just looking to help you out.
