Benefiting with a FAQ Page
If you’ve been in business for a while, I’m sure you could think of some questions your prospects ask you.
Your business could benefit with a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page in the following ways:
[custom_list type=”check”]
- Sell – Your website visitors may not be sold yet and may have some objections. A FAQ page could answer your website visitors’ objections and entice them to call you.
- Save Time and Inform – The leads that call you will be more informed about your products or services. For current customers or clients, this page could be used as a technical support page as well.
- Filter Out Prospects – A FAQ page could filter out unqualified prospects as well. How can you filter out visitors? One way you could filter them out by specifying a starting ballpark price. If you sell your service for $1000+, you could filter out customers who are only willing to pay no more than $500.
- Increase Search Engine Ranking – This is the most important reason to me. A FAQ page is mostly text. Search engines like Google read text, and a FAQ page is bound to have a few relevant keywords in it. You can make your relevant keywords even more powerful by linking to other pages in your website.
